Sheer Luxury Hot Stone Massage

A spa style relaxation and stress relief massage, performed with heated stones and warm oil. The heat of the stones is felt deeply in the core of the muscles allowing for the release of tension, improved circulation and calms the nervous system. A wonderful massage for people with fibromyalgia. Can be enhanced with essential oils upon request.

Ultimate Wellness Massage

This is a popular non-traditional therapeutic massage. The technique is performed fully clothed, please wear light, flexible clothing (such as a t-shirt and sweat pants). By utilizing myofascial balancing, gentle push-pull of fascia, ligaments and tendons, the body is brought back into correct balance along it's natural mid-line. The body releases deeply embedded holding patterns within the soft tissue. Can also include Muscle Energy Technique, a system of soft push and hold positions, to help relax muscles and correct functional misalignments. The benefit of this style of bodywork is improved posture, with relief of tension and pain. Preferred by those with a chronic injury.

Cause and Effect Massage

Deep Tissue therapeutic work releases chronic patterns of muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure or friction directed across the grain of the muscles employing fingers, thumbs, forearms or elbows. It is applied with greater pressure to deeper layers of muscle, and with greater specificity then Swedish Massage.

My Favorite Escape Massage

A Swedish massage, which uses a system of long gliding strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles. Strokes are generally in the direction of the heart to improve blood flow to the soft tissues. This style of massage is sometimes combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

Swedish treatments promote general relaxation, improve circulation, improve range of motion, and alleviate muscle tension. A great spa massage for those who just want a little me-time. A very popular gift certificate.

Foot Pain Solution Massage

An ideal massage for anyone experiencing foot pain on an acute or constant basis. There are many reasons for foot pain. This massage relieves injury, pain, increases range of motion, and improves circulatory function. Excellent treatment for people with Plantar Fasciitis, Bunions, "Pigeon Toes" and other foot problems.

Massage for Injury Treatment

Therapeutic and orthopedic massage focused on decreasing pain and restoring range of motion. Treatment is tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Many insurance plans cover massage and may require a prescription from a physician. Ask about your coverage and annual deductible. Services provided for Personal Injury Protection (PIP), worker's compensation claims through Labor and Industries (L&I) or Office of Workers Compensation Programs (OWCP).

Insurance is billed in 15 minute units.

Mommy To Be Massage


While pregnancy is perfectly natural, it is not your body's normal state of being. There will be many exciting and sometimes physically uncomfortable changes throughout your pregnancy. Massage is a wonderful way to ease your way through this special time in your life.

During the 2nd and 3rd trimester, positioning is especially important. The massage is performed side-lying while bolstered with pillows and cushions cradle both you and your baby. Let us help you relax and be comfortable. As every pregnancy is different, it is always wise to check with your doctor before receiving a massage.

Continuing Education Massage

All massage therapists in Washington are required to do 24 hours of continuing education within a two-year period. Often this requires homework or practice sessions. Sessions are completely based on what the LMP is required to do for training purposes, and cannot be altered.
